"Hold You Tight" is a song performed by American contemporary R&B singer Tara Kemp, issued as the lead single from her eponymous debut album. The song was her biggest hit on the Billboard Hot 100, peaking at #3 in 1991.[4] It also peaked at #1 on the Billboard dance chart.[4]

"Hold You Tight" contains samples of "Think (About It)" by Lyn Collins and "Kissing My Love" by Bill Withers.[5] The single was certified gold by the RIAA on June 7, 1991.[1]
