Holly King (actress)
Holly Michelle King (born 1982, in Hollywood, California)[1] is an American film actress, TV personality, and reality show contestant. She was a contestant on Big Brother 5, a hit reality TV show broadcast by CBS in 2004. At the time of the show, CBS described her as just a model from Los Angeles, California,[2] without mentioning her prior TV and film work.[3]
TV and film
King was a contestant on Big Brother 5. On day 28 of being in the house, she became the third person voted out of the house. She returned to the house the following season, to host a Big Brother 6 veto competition.[4][5][6]
Prior to her appearance on Big Brother, King appeared in various low-budget films, such as Survivor: Los Angeles the Ultimate Parody (2001), Vampire Survivor (2002), I Love Your Work (2003), and Beat Boys Beat Girls (2003).
King appeared on the reality based television show, MTV's Fear. Accompanied by four other contestants (including future America's Next Top Model runner up Mercedes Scelba-Shorte), King was brought to Hopkins Military Academy which has been reported to be haunted. Over the course of the program King and the other contestants were directed to do a series of dares. King was one of three contestants that won $5000 for lasting the whole two nights and completing all six dares.
King is also known for being "Gear Girl" on the National Lampoon Networks TV series Gamers.[3] The weekly show discusses various aspects of video gaming. She's also done guest appearances on TV shows, such as Nip/Tuck on FX, NBC's Las Vegas, CBS's Two And A Half Men.
