Holy Ghost is the third studio album by American rock band Modern Baseball. It is to be released on 13 May 2016 via Run for Cover Records.[1]

Background and writing

On 24 February the album was officially confirmed, fIt is to be released on 13 May equally that the previous disk of Modern Baseball via Run For Cover Records.[1] This record in an atypical sense, Guitarists Jake Ewald wrote all the songs on the album’s A-side, while Brendan Lukens penned all those on the reverse.[2][3] Ewald Declare in relation with the song Everyday "I have a pretty bad memory, When I manage to remember things from my past (recent or distant), they usually seem insignificant on the surface. Nevertheless, those are the things I remember, and most of the important stuff is forgotten. ‘Everyday’ is a short exhibit of those insignificant memories and an attempt at understanding their importance in my life"· the record is a time-capsule for the two years since the release of their Run For Cover debut You’re Gonna Miss It All.[2][2]

Release

On March 3, 2016 two songs were published for online free via NPR. The first Everyday written by Jake Ewald and the second Apple Cider, I Don't Mind written by Brendan Lukens.[4]
