Homefield School (closed - Feb. 10, 2005)

Homefield School was a co-educational school catering for age range of 4 – 18 year son the southern edge of Winkton, a village on the fringes of the New Forest in Hampshire, in a large, respectable, cream-painted building with a sign announcing "Sports Academy. Dorset Lawn Tennis Association School of the Year." Over the door is an inscription: "Ratione Non Vi" (By reason, not by force). Homefield was on a rural site with school buildings clustered around extensive playing fields overlooking farmland. There are 2 departments, Preparatory and Senior - the prep school is a self-contained unit with attractive play area.

Homefield School closed permanently in January 2005.
