Hopedale Medical Complex

The Hopedale Medical Complex is a community medical center located in Hopedale, Illinois. Founded by Dr. Lawrence Rossi in 1955, the hospital and surrounding facilities are owned and operated by the not-for-profit, charitable corporation known as The Hopedale Medical Foundation. The complex offers a continuum of medically related services, including a modern acute care hospital, a nursing home, independent and assisted living, and a large (34,000-square-foot or 3,200-square-meter) Wellness Center.

Hopedale Hospital

Hopedale Hospital is a Critical Access Hospital. There are a total of 25 beds that are interchangeable between acute care and Medicare Certified swing bed services. An $8 million upgrade was completed in May, 2015.

Hopedale Hospital provides extensive services including: 24 Hour Emergency Services, Intensive Care Unit, Surgical Services, Orthopedic Services, Cardiopulmonary Services, and Diagnostic Radiology (Imaging Services)connected to the hospital.

Hopedale Medical Complex also offers physician services through four satellite offices in Manito, Mackinaw, Delavan and Atlanta, Illinois.

Hopedale Commons

Hopedale Commons is an independent and assisted living facility totaling 70 units. The Commons is located next door to the hospital, nursing home, physician offices, and wellness center, making it easier for the elderly who prefer to live close to medical care. The Commons are divided into Independent ( Commons East) and Assisted (Commons West) living apartments.

Commons East is an independent living community with twenty-six (26), apartments. Individual accommodations offer one-bedroom or two-bedroom apartments(by reservation/pre-paid construction fee), each with their own kitchenette. Three meals per day are provided, so residents only need accommodations for light meals or snacks in their apartments.

Hopedale Nursing Home

Hopedale Nursing Home is a 52 bed licensed facility offering 24-hour nursing care. It is physically connected to Hopedale Hospital and to physicians' offices by a common corridor. The 26-room Hillman Pavilion addition was added to the Hopedale Nursing Home in fall of 2000 offering private suites.

Hopedale Wellness Center

Hopedale Wellness Center, which opened July 4, 2002, is 34,000 sq. feet. It contains an indoor gym; walking track; three therapy pools, including a 75-foot (23 m) Junior Olympic pool; large cardiovascular area with exercise equipment; locker rooms; and conference room. The Wellness Center is the home of the The Rehabilitation & Sports Medicine department.

White Fence Estate

White Fence Estate, is a beautifully decorated 7,000 sq foot house has been converted into a medical spa with massage therapy, private fitness training, diet counseling, and meeting rooms for special events. White Fence Estate is located on 5 acres and is 1/3 mile from Hopedale Hospital.
