Hostomice is a small town (městys) in Teplice District in the Ústí nad Labem Region of the Czech Republic.

The town covers an area of 2.99 square kilometres (1.15 sq mi), and has a population of 1,272 (as at 3 July 2006).

Hostomice lies approximately 5 kilometres (3 mi) south of Teplice, 19 km (12 mi) south-west of Ústí nad Labem, and 71 km (44 mi) north-west of Prague.
