Housing and Planning Bill

The Housing and Planning Bill is proposed legislation in the United Kingdom that if passed will make widespread changes to housing policy in the United Kingdom. Among the changes in the bill is a proposal to abolish secure tenancies and replace them with tenancies lasting between two and five years.
