Huang Tsing-tung (Chinese: 黃慶東; pinyin: Huáng Qìngdōng) is a politician in the Republic of China. He currently serves as the Deputy Minister of the Atomic Energy Council of the Executive Yuan since 2007.[1][2]
Early life
Huang did his bachelor's degree in nuclear engineering from National Tsing Hua University in 1975. In 1977, he obtained his master's degree in the fame field from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in United States and in 1987 he obtained his doctoral degree from the same university.
