Hugh Miller Foley (born March 3, 1944) is an American rower who competed in the 1964 Summer Olympics.
Foley was born in Seattle, Washington.[1] In 1964 he won the gold medal as member of the American boat in the eights competition.
He is a graduate of La Salle University.
