Hypernet
The hyper Internet, or hypernet, is a new Internet that includes all of the websites and services of the wired Internet and the mobile Internet, as well as additional websites and services that are powered by the blockchain. The first implementation that provides DNS and Public key infrastructure for the hypernet i.e., for "traditional Internet" plus other networks like blockchain-powered content, is called Blockstack[1] and was created by a community of open source software developers and engineers.
The first reference and use of the hypernet was seen here by Roger McNamee and Mike Maples, Jr.[2] Hypernet was also referenced in a 2012 Huffington Post article, "What is Hypernet?".[3]
