Hyperolius guttulatus is a species of frog in the Hyperoliidae family. It is found in Cameroon, Gabon, Ghana, Guinea, Ivory Coast, Liberia, Nigeria, Sierra Leone, and possibly Equatorial Guinea.
Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical moist lowland forests, moist savanna, swamps, freshwater lakes, freshwater marshes, and heavily degraded former forest. It is threatened by habitat loss.
