IF Fløya is a Norwegian football club from the city of Tromsø. The club was founded on June 24, 1922 and named for the Fløya mountain which overlooks Tromsø centre.
The women's team currently play in the First Division, after getting relegated from Toppserien in 2010. The team got a third-place finish in the 2004 season as its best ever achievement. They were relegated in 2009 but achieved promotion to the Toppserien again in 2010.
The men's team plays in the Third Division. The famous Norwegian striker Rune Lange started his career in IF Fløya.
