ie Television Cable Channel 1 (ieTV Channel 1) is a local cable television station in Trinidad and Tobago and was the first local cable station in the country.

Availability

It is carried on channel 1 on the Flow cable system in Trinidad. Channel 116 on Blink, TSTT's IPTV service and online using Ustream.

Programming

The station's programming consists of a mix of local and East Indian programming. Local programming includes cooking shows, local documentaries, movies, business programmes and a daily 1/2 hour current affairs programme called One on One . Live local newscasts are broadcast at 5pm , 6.30pm,7.30pm and 9.30pm on weekdays and 6:30pm on Saturdays and Sundays.The ie in the station name represents id est or that is.

The main news anchors are Maxine Maharaj, Sham G Ali, Giselle McIntyre and Vernon Ramesar. The Head of News is Giselle McIntyre and the Head of Current Affairs is Vernon Ramesar.
