IHH Healthcare Berhad is a Malaysian private health company, headquartered in Kuala Lumpur, and Southeast Asia's largest private health company. It owns Parkway Pantai, the largest private hospital operator of Southeast Asia, and the International Medical University in Kuala Lumpur, and is the majority shareholder of Acıbadem Healthcare Group, the largest Turkish private healthcare company. IHH Healthcare has activities in the private hospital and health sector in Singapore, Brunei, China, Hong Kong, Macedonia, Malaysia, India, Iraq, Turkey, Vietnam and the United Arab Emirates, and has over 25,000 employees. It is listed on Bursa Malaysia and the Singapore Exchange.[1]

The largest shareholder of IHH Healthcare is the Malaysian government's sovereign wealth fund Khazanah Nasional, followed by Mitsui of Japan and Citigroup of the United States.

Malaysia’s IHH Healthcare Berhad, the world’s second-largest listed healthcare operator by market capitalisation, has acquired a controlling 51 per cent equity stake in Hyderabad-based, 750-bedded Continental Hospitals Limited (CHL), reportedly for $45.4 million (approximately Rs 281 crore).
