"I Don't Wanna Be a Star" is a song by the Italian band Corona. It was released in November 1995 as the fourth and last single from their 1995 debut album, The Rhythm of the Night.

It was a nightclub hit in many European countries, but unlike the previous Corona singles, it had disco sonorities.[1] "I Don't Wanna Be a Star" wasn't able to eclipse the success of "The Rhythm of the Night" or "Baby Baby", but achieved moderate success as a fourth single from a year-old album. It managed to reach number 6 in Finland, hit the Top 25 in the UK (during the busiest time of the year, around Christmas) and topped at number 1 on charts in Spain.

It is Corona's last major hit.
