Ian Ward (mixology)
Ian Ward is a mixologist, bartender, and culinary designer. He is also the creator of various mixed drinks and cocktails.[1]
Ward is originally from Queens, New York. He started his own consulting company, P&R Cocktails, which helps bars revamp their menus. He is also a founding member of the San Diego Bar Guild and is working on invite-only underground speakeasies.[2]
Ward has worked on the San Diego Spirits Festival[3] and the Sundance Film Festival @ the Luxury Lounge.[4] He also won the award of "Best mix master" of 2008 by San Diego CityBeat.[5]
Restaurants and bars
Ward is associated with Whisknladle’s Gourmet Bistro in La Jolla,[6] Searsucker Restaurant and Bar in the Gaslamp Quarter,[7] and Cups La Jolla.[8]
