Ice hockey in Armenia
Ice hockey in Armenia is governed by the Ice Hockey Federation of Armenia. The Armenian Hockey League was founded in 2000. Armenian men's and junior national teams have participated at the IIHF World Championships. Armenia was suspended from the IIHF in April, 2010, after it was found out that they used ineligible players at the 2010 IIHF World Championship Division III tournament. The country has been a member of the IIHF since September 22, 1999.
