Igor Yevgenyevich Mendelev (Russian: Игорь Евгеньевич Менделев; born 28 July 1994) is a Russian football player.
He made his debut in the Russian Second Division for FC Biolog-Novokubansk Progress on 17 July 2013 in a game against FC Druzhba Maykop.[1]
