Ikerlan
IKERLAN (from Basque iker, "research", and lan, "work") is an applied research centre that belongs to the Basque network of research centres. It also belongs to the IK4 group.
The centre was founded in 1974 by a group of lecturers from Mondragon University to provide R&D services to the Mondragon Corporation.
The main activities of the centre are in 3 business units product development, processes (located in Mondragón, Guipuscoa, Spain, and energy (located in Miñano, Alava, Spain).
