Ikuo Oyama (大山 郁夫 Ōyama Ikuo) was a Japanese liberal politician. He fled Japan in 1933 to the United States, where he got a job at Northwestern University at its library and political science department. He returned to Japan after the end of World War II.[1] He died of a subdural hematoma while serving as a member of the House of Councillors.
