Ilija "Ilcho" Gjorgjioski (Macedonian: Илчо Ѓорѓиоски) (born 11 December 1971 in Macedonia) is a retired Macedonian footballer and football coach.[1][2] He is currently president of the Football Federation of Macedonia.
