Ileana is a commune in Călăraşi County, Romania. It is composed of nine villages: Arţari, Florica, Ileana, Podari, Răsurile, Răzoarele, Satu Nou, Ştefăneşti and Vlăiculeşti.
As of 2002 the population of Ileana is 3,872.
