Image Metrology

Image Metrology A/S is a Danish software company, founded in 1998 by Dr. Jan F. Jorgensen, who created the company to provide image processing software for microscopy used in industrial and academic research.

The key product from Image Metrology is SPIP (Scanning Probe Image Processor), but other software products have been developed as well, incl. TopoStitch, RoughnessPro, and InFoScat.
