Imbul Kiribath

Imbul Kiribath (ඉඹුල් කිරිබත්) is a Sinhala traditional food which is a derivation of Kiribath. It is made of rice, coconut milk, coconut, trickle and spices.It is made by coating a thick layer of Kiribath around trecle soaked scraped coconut(Pani-pol)
