The Indian cricket team toured Zimbabwe from September to October 1998, in a tour consisting of 3 One Day International and a one-off Test match. India won the one-day series 2-1, but the Zimbabweans won the one-off Test match leaving the two sides with one prize each over the tour. Sachin Tendulkar won the player of the One Day International series whilst Henry Olonga was awarded the prize for the test series.
