Inside Out is a live album by American pianist Keith Jarrett's "Standards Trio" featuring Gary Peacock and Jack DeJohnette recorded in concert in July 2000 at the Royal Festival Hall at the Southbank Centre in London and released on the ECM label in 2001.[1] It is the third album to feature mainly original improvised material by the trio following Changes (1983) and Changeless (1987).

Reception

The Allmusic review by Thom Jurek awarded the album 4½ stars and states "Here are Jarrett, Peacock, and DeJohnette as they haven't been heard from in years, starting from silence, digging deep into the history of jazz, blues and even R&B to invent spontaneously a musical language that is trio-specific, communicative on the deepest levels of nuance, sonances, and spirit".[2]
