Inside of You (Hoobastank song)

"Inside of You" is the second single released from the American rock band Hoobastank's third studio album, Every Man for Himself. The song reached number 27 on the Billboard Alternative Songs chart. The single has become known for its strong amounts of innuendos and elements of funk.

Description

The song begins with a short electronic beat; something unheard in any previous Hoobastank single. This is followed by the main riff, which heavily includes elements of funk. Lyrically, the song contains clear and pervasive sexual references, while still somehow evading profanity. The music video for the song, directed by Lex Halaby, contains a well representation of the lyrics. The video shows the band behind various "peep shows", and showing attractive women watching with pleasure.^[2] The song has been played at almost every live show since its release.
