The International School Ho Chi Minh City (ISHCMC) is an international school in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. Founded in 1993, the International School Ho Chi Minh City (ISHCMC) is the first and most established international school in Ho Chi Minh City. ISHCMC is a non-denominational, co-educational and multicultural international school with over 50 nationalities represented.

Teaching in the English medium, ISHCMC is the first school in Ho Chi Minh City certified to provide all three International Baccalaureate Programmes (Primary Years Program, Middle Years Program and the IB Diploma) for students ages 2 to 18 years.

IB program

The school offers the International Baccalaureate Primary Years Programme to students in grades Kindergarten to Grade 5 (ages 2 to 12 years), the International Baccalaureate Middle Years Programme for students in grades 6 to 10 (ages 12 to 16 years) and the IB Diploma Programme or certificates for students in Grade 11 to 12 (ages 16 to 18 years).

American Academy

The International School Ho Chi Minh City - American Academy is a middle and high school for children aged 11 to 18 years old.

School renovation

The school currently has a swimming pool, two indoor gymnasiums, recently updated Early Explorer and Kindergarten facilities with purified air systems. A green room for filming is also situated on campus.

The new Secondary School campus is set to open in 2017 with an Interactive Innovative Center, 350-Seat Professional Theater and NBA-Sized Indoor Sports Arena. The second ISHCMC campus is less than a 10-minute drive from the current campus.
