International School of Georgia

International School of Georgia (also called the New School) is an international primary and secondary school in Tbilisi, Georgia, catering for both expatriate and local children from the ages of 3 to 18 years. The curriculum is delivered through English (the English Department) or Georgian (the Georgian Department).

The teaching follows a curriculum of international education accredited by the International Baccalaureate Organisation. The school currently has students from all over the world and is an International Baccalaureate School. They are the only IB school in Georgia that has all three levels of the IB program, running the PYP (Primary Years Programme), the MYP (Middle Years Programme) and the IB Diploma Programme.

The school also has an active extra-curricular programme involving sports, ski trips, talent shows, field trips and other activities. The curriculum is supported by a Learner Profile, which encourages students to become lifelong learners and principled, open-minded citizens.
