The IUBH School of Business and Management is a private University of Applied Sciences located in Bad Honnef near Bonn. All courses are taught in English.

History

Campus

Main Campus

The Main Campus of the University is located in Bad Honnef, near Bonn. It is located in the historic St. Anno Park, a large park, in the middle of the town center. The campus comprise auditorium buildings, residence buildings, library, restaurants and coffee shops.

Campus Bad Reichenhall

The Campus Bad Reichenhall is situated in Bad Reichenhall, Upper Bavaria, Germany. It comprise student apartments, restaurants, coffee shops, Library and lecture- and project rooms, as well.

The University offers dual education programs focused on practical applications in cooperation with national and international companies. These study programms are offered at the university sites in Düsseldorf, Erfurt and Munich.

Now the university have very beautiful new campus in the capital city Berlin

Campus Life

The Campus life is characterised of internationality. Students of about 60 Nations are study at the University. The students founded clubs, teams and societies and enjoy their common interests and hobbies together. It is possible to join the IUBH Running Club, or train for the IUBH Barbarians (the Rugby Team of the IUBH School of Business and Management), or act at the IUBH Drama Club or just knit - the offers are very different. The Campus Events contains among others an Open Campus Day, Gala Dinner of the students, Christmas Market and Summer Festival and Campus Talks.

Reputation

The International University of Applied Sciences is officially recognised as a higher education institution. As such, it has the right to award undergraduate and postgraduate degrees. It has also been accredited by the German Council of Science and Humanities (Wissenschaftsrat) and by the FIBAA.[1]

The University ranks consistently in the field in the top group. In the current CHE University Ranking 2014 the University achieved outstanding results and positioned itself in the field of business administration as Germany's best private University of Applied Sciences with the most rankings in the top group.[2] In March 2014 the University was awarded as the first University in Germany which has achieved five FIBAA Premium Seals of the accreditation Agency.[3]
