Investimentos e Participações em Infraestrutura S.A. - Invepar, or Invepar S.A., is a Brazilian company dedicated to explore infrastructure concessions in Brazil, specially on toll roads and rapid transit systems.[2]

As of 2013, Invepar is owned by the pension funds of Banco do Brasil, Petrobrás and Caixa Econômica Federal, and OAS, an infrastructure construction-specialized company.[1]

Currently there are 10 enterprises being managed, comprising 1 airport (São Paulo-Guarulhos International Airport, jointly with Airports Company South Africa), 1 minor control airport (Rio de Janeiro–Galeão International Airport), 1 rapid transit system (Metrô Rio), 5 highways (two complexes in Bahia; one in São Paulo; one in Rio de Janeiro; one in Minas Gerais and the other one in Pernambuco) along with 3 urban infrastructure systems (two in Rio de Janeiro and one in Lima, Peru).[3]
