Irving H.C. Tai (戴豪君)[1] is a politician in the Republic of China. He was the Deputy Minister of the Research, Development and Evaluation Commission of the Executive Yuan until 21 January 2014.[2][3][4]
Early life
Tai received his bachelor's degree in law from Soochow University School of Law, master in law from Tamkang University and doctoral degree in European studies from Tamkang University.
