Isabel Tocino

Isabel Tocino Biscarolasaga (born in Santander, Spain on 9 March 1949) is a Professor at Complutense University of Madrid[1] and a former Minister of Agriculture, Food and Environment.[2] She is also associated to Banco Santander.[3] She is a member of Opus Dei.[4]
