ISINA was founded by CEO Oleg Shmelev in Los Angeles, California as a complimentary mentorship program with celebrities, set to provide talented individuals from across the world with preparation to excel in music through study and practice. Musicians worldwide can submit to any of the six departments: Composition, Vocal, Instrumental, Sound Engineering, Guitar and DJ.[1][2] Upon completion of the six week mentorship program, the Mentors will attempt to select an applicants who will receive a record deal and worldwide music distribution by Bungalo/Universal Music Group Distribution. Departments

ISINA has six departments which are headed by celebrity mentors such as Walter Afanasieff (Head of the Department of Producers/Songwriters),[5][6] Kenny G (Kenny G Head of the Department of instrumentalists),[7] Kenny "Babyface" Edmonds (Head on the department of Vocalists),[8] Humberto Gatica (Head of the Department of Audio Engineering/Production),[9] Frank Gambale (Head of the Guitar Department)[10] and Paul Oakenfold (Head of the Department of DJs, Producers and EDM Vocalists).[11]
