Islander 23

Islander 23 is a street gang in Melbourne, Australia. Islander 23 came to prominence in the national media after a large scale brawl in Melbourne's Central Business District between it and the rival Apex in March 2016 after the Moomba parade. Also rivalry with S.E.K (South East Kings).[1][2][3][4] It consists largely of youths from a South Pacific background.[5]
