Ismaël Coulibaly is a Malian taekwondo practitioner who born November 20, 1992 in Bamako, Mali. He participated and won the Bronze medal in the Lightweight division (−74 kg) at the 2011 World Taekwondo Championships, which was held in Gyeongju, South Korea on May 4 and May 5.[1]

Coulibaly secured a spot in the men's welterweight category (80 kg) at the 2016 Summer Olympics to be held in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, by virtue of his top two finish at the 2016 African Qualification Tournament in Agadir, Morocco.[2]
