Ius Laboris is an international law firm network specializing in issues relating to employment law, employee benefits, and pensions. As of 2015, the network had over 1,400 HR lawyers based in around 50 countries across Europe, the Americas, the Middle East, and Asia.

Specialization

Ius Laboris specialises in the area of employment law. It was established in 2001 by a group of labor and employment lawyers from Belgium, France, Spain, Luxembourg, and Italy.[1] As of 2015, the network had 1,400 HR lawyers based in 49 countries throughout more than 160 cities[2] as part of a networked alliance that assists multinational businesses to devise standardised HR policies with the flexibility to meet legal requirements in different countries.[3] Members of the network offer legal advice on employment laws and culture in their respective countries in individual employment rights, pensions, discrimination, restructuring, compensation and benefits, and occupational health and safety.
