Ivan Andreevich Urgant (Russian: Ива́н Андре́евич У́ргант), (born 16 April 1978) is a Russian television personality, presenter, actor and musician. Since 2012, he has hosted Evening Urgant, Russia's first Western-style late-night talk show.
Biography
Urgant was born in Leningrad in a family of actors Andrey Urgant (son of actors Nina Urgant and Lev Milinder) and Valeriya Kiseleva. He graduated from Saint Petersburg State Theatre Arts Academy.
In 2007, 2009, 2010 (2), 2011, 2014 and 2015 Ivan Urgant was awarded TEFI.
On May 16, 2009 he presented the final of the 2009 Eurovision Song Contest with former Russian Eurovision participant Alsou.[1]
Ivan also judged KVN games several times.
Together with Alexander Tsekalo owns a restaurant "The Сад" (Russian: Сад - Garden) in Moscow.

Ivan Urgant plays the guitar, piano and drums. In the late 90's he acted under the pseudonym Vnuk (Russian: Внук - Grandson). In 2011 Ivan resumed singing career, acts under the pseudonym Grisha Urgant.
