Ivon Bartok is a Producer and Director, working in Canada.

Biography

Ivon Bartok studied International Relations at university, and Writing for Film and Television at the Vancouver Film School.[1] He currently resides in Vancouver, Canada, and his birthday is in March.

Career

Ivon Bartok is a producer and director in Vancouver, British Columbia. He started off in the film and television business as the assistant to Richard Dean Anderson and Michael Greenburg and went on to script coordinate on Stargate SG-1 and Stargate Atlantis. He then went on to produce the Behind the Scenes DVD features for Stargate SG-1, Stargate Atlantis and Stargate Universe.

Ivon also directed the Stargate Universe Kino episodes.

He also produced the Women of Sci-Fi calendar, working with Christopher Judge and Michael Shanks.[2]

Ivon has a number of projects in development, including a half-hour comedy series starring Paul McGillion called Captain Starship.[3]

In 2012, he began working on the new show for Space, Primeval New World.
