Iwaruna biguttella is a moth of the Gelechiidae family. It was described by Duponchel in 1843. It is found in Portugal, Spain, France, on Sardinia, Italy, Austria, Switzerland, Croatia, Romania, Ukraine, Russia and Asia Minor.[1][2]
