IzzoNet was an e-commerce platform that was first released in April 2011. It was developed by IzzoNet Inc., an e-commerce solution firm. The PHP scripting language was used to build it. IzzoNet used MySQL relational database management system (RDBMS) to store data.[1][2]
It was licensed as a web-hosted proprietary software. IzzoNet had a 15-day free trial offer, after which clients would have to choose from one of their monthly plans to continue using the platform.[3][4]

Features
The IzzoNet e-commerce platform had a user interface that features an administrative control panel with e-commerce tools, which clients could use to create their online stores. There was multilevel access and login options. It had a drag and drop interface and widgets for website customization.[4] Prospective clients had to first visit the IzzoNet website and create a user account for themselves. It supported multi-language stores with multi-currency pricing options, and provided eBay, Amazon and other shopping engines' APIs with multi suppliers and drop-shippers integration features.[3][5] FedEx, UPS and USPS price look-up was also supported, and a shipping price calculator was available, with accounting integration.[2] It integrated coupons, Authorize.Net and PayPal IPN in its payments system.[1]
IzzoNet clients were licensed to a 15-day free trial or any of its five monthly plans, which were categorized as Gold, Business, Platinum, Diamond and Izz'R'Best. IzzoNet's Gold plan offered the least features or functionality, while the Izz'R'Best plan offered the most. All of IzzoNet's monthly plans offered image hosting, secure website hosting and newsletters management.[2]
Clients could create web, mobile and Facebook stores, and also make promotional YouTube video.[2]

Security
The IzzoNet e-commerce platform used transport Layer Security or SSL for its website hosting. It had multilevel access and login options.[4] It used the Authorize.Net payment gateway and PayPal instant payment notification.[1]
There was anti-fraud and chargeback preventer on IzzoNet.[2]
Support
A 6-step walk through or jump start was featured on IzzoNet's administrative control panel to guide clients in creating their online stores. FAQ, user guides and instructional videos were available on its website. IzzoNet kept a knowledge base and had a help desk, which supported its clients through the following channels:[1]
