J. Kenji Lopez-Alt

James Kenji Lopez-Alt, known as Kenji, is an American chef and food writer.[1][2][3][4]

Education

Kenji graduated from MIT, where he majored in architecture, and worked for America's Test Kitchen in Boston, MA.

Career

James Kenji Lopez-Alt is the Managing Culinary Director of Serious Eats, a popular food blog, and author of the James Beard Award-nominated column The Food Lab.[5]

Publishing

He is the author of the New York Times bestselling cookbook The Food Lab: Better Home Cooking through Science released September 2015 and published by W. W. Norton.[6]
