Johor Bahru City Square is a shopping centre and office building located in the Central Business district of Johor Bahru, Johor, Malaysia. The building interior consists of a seven storey mall with five levels of retail outlet space, including a thirty-six storey office block, which is divided into the lower, middle and upper zones. City Square has three floors of basement carpark. The mall, which used to have five levels, now boasts two more floors, including one with an outdoor garden, complete with a pond and a green wall. The Singapore Visitor Centre, located at level 2, was launched in 2005.
In 2000, the Mega Pavilion Cinema has been upgraded to Cathay Cineplex with new theatres at both level 5 and level 7.[3]
The pedestrian bridge which connects the City Square to JB Sentral was opened in December 2008.[4]
