JP Eloff is an American rugby union player whose normal position is fly-half. He plays for the Ohio PRO Rugby team and for the United States national rugby union team. He played college rugby at Davenport University in western Michigan, where he led the Panthers to a D1-AA title in his freshman year,[1] and was named as the 2011 college player of the year.[2] He is the younger brother of Philip Eloff, who also played for the U.S. national team.
