Jagadguru Sri Shivaratreeshwara College of Pharmacy (JSSCP or JSS College of Pharmacy, Kannada: ಜೆ.ಎಸ್.ಎಸ್. ಔಷಧ ವಿಜ್ಞಾನ ಮಹಾವಿದ್ಯಾಲಯ, ಮೈಸೂರು) is a private pharmaceutical sciences co-educational institute located in Mysuru, Karnataka, India. The college was established in 1973 under JSS Mahavidyapeetha, which was founded in 1954 by Dr. Shivarathri Rajendra Mahaswamji. The college is situated at Sri Shivarathreeshwara Nagara on Mysore-Bangalore highway opposite to JSS medical institutions campus on a spacious area of 7.2 acres. The college is about 4 km from centre of Mysuru, 140 km from Bengaluru, the capital city of Karnataka.

Affiliation

JSS College of Pharmacy was affiliated to Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences previously, but now is a constituent college of JSS University. The college is recognized by Government of Karnataka and approved by Pharmacy Council of India, New Delhi and All India Council for Technical Education, New Delhi. It is accredited to National Board of Accreditation, New Delhi. The Pharm.D. programme offered by the college is certified by Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education, USA.

Pharmaceutical Science Programmes

The institution offers Bachelor's degree (B.Pharm. and Pharm.D.),[3][4] Master's degree (M.Pharm),[5] Doctoral degree (Ph.D.),[6] Post-graduate diploma[7] and certificate courses[8] in various Pharmaceutical Sciences. The Master's degree programs are available in the following twelve specializations.[9]
