Jagoczany [jaɡɔˈt͡ʂanɨ] (German: Jagotschen, from 1938-45 Gleisgarben) is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Banie Mazurskie, within Gołdap County, Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship, in northern Poland, close to the border with the Kaliningrad Oblast of Russia.[1] It lies approximately 10 kilometres (6 mi) north-east of Banie Mazurskie, 11 km (7 mi) west of Gołdap, and 123 km (76 mi) north-east of the regional capital Olsztyn.
Before 1945, the area was part of Germany (East Prussia).
The village has a population of 110.
