Jakub Sylvestr (born 2 February 1989) is a Slovak football striker who currently plays for SC Paderborn on loan from 1. FC Nürnberg and the Slovakia national football team.

Sylvestr made his first hat-trick in match against Tatran Prešov on 4 April 2009.[1]
