The Lame-Smith House and the Sydney and Gertrude Smith Barn, also known as James Alexander Smith and Elmarion Smith Barn and Lame-Smith House, date back to 1864. Under the latter name for the combination, they were listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1999.[1]
