James J. Murakami is an art director. He was nominated at the 81st Academy Awards for the film Changeling. He was nominated for Best Art Direction, which his nomination was shared with Gary Fettis.[1]
In 2006, he won a Emmy Award for his work on the TV show Deadwood.[2]
He has worked on a number of Clint Eastwood's films, including Invictus, Hereafter and J. Edgar.[2]
