James Liddell was a Scottish footballer who played in the 1880's.
Career
Liddell played club football in Scotland, joining Dumbarton where he was to spend the best part of six seasons.
His successes include playing in the inaugural Dumbartonshire Cup winning team of 1884-85. In addition, he was selected to play in 4 representative matches for Dumbartonshire between 1884 and 1886, scoring one goal.[2][3]
